Order Processing and Shipping

We process and ship orders five days a week, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and UAE public holidays.

UAE Orders

  • Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days.
  • Potential Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur that are beyond Octave’s control. In such cases, your order will be delivered within a maximum of 5-6 days.

Free Shipping

  • Minimum Purchase: Enjoy free shipping within Dubai and across the UAE on orders of AED 200 or more.
  • Delivery Service: We use J & T Express for a 2-3 working day delivery service.

Shipping Fees

Important Delivery Information

  • Signature Requirement: A signature is required upon receipt of the shipment.
  • Insurance: All packages are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit from octavefashions.com to the delivery address. Once the package is signed for, it is no longer insured by octavefashions.com.
  • Shipping Partner: We ship with J&T Express for deliveries within the UAE.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and commence from the date of dispatch. Octave-me.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
  • Additional Charges: Octavefashions.com reserves the right to add extra charges for shipping if your location is in a remote area.
 
 
 

Exchange & Returns Policy

Exchange Policy

  • Where: Exchanges can be made at any of our outlets in the UAE.
  • Period: Items can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • In-Store Only: We do not offer online exchanges. To exchange an item, visit any of our outlets in the UAE with the original receipt and return note.

Return Policy

  • Free Returns: You can return items for free at any of our outlets in the UAE.
  • Return Label Fee: If you use our return label, a fee of AED 14.00 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Period: Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days from the time we receive your returned parcel.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Call our customer service line to arrange the return.
  2. Repack the Item: Place the item back into the original packaging.
  3. Return Note: Write the 'reason for return' code on the outside of the package.
  4. Return Label: We will send the return label and note to your designated email.
  5. Prepare the Package: Place the item and return note in the original delivery bag, seal the bag securely, and attach the prepaid return label.
  6. Arrange Pickup: We will arrange for First Flight to pick up your return parcel. Ensure you receive a receipt as proof of return.

Wrong Item Received

  • Action: If you received the wrong item, place it back in the packaging, write the code '14' as the reason for return, and send it to us within 7 days. We will arrange to deliver the correct item or provide a refund.

Complaints

  • Faulty Items: If an item you purchased has a fault, you can file a complaint within a few months of the purchase date. Return the item with the code '13' as the reason for return. If the complaint is valid, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Confirmation: We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned parcel.
  • Processing: Refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days. If you used the prepaid return label, AED 14.00 will be deducted from the refund.
  • Mode of Payment: Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment and will appear in your bank account within 2-30 days, depending on your bank.

In-Store Returns and Exchanges

  • Requirements: Bring the original receipt and return note to return or exchange unworn OCTAVE items at OCTAVE stores.
